About Arndly

A small team
building for the people this industry skipped.

Arndly was started by people who spent years watching the same pattern: every genuine advance in AI arrives priced, packaged, and documented for organisations large enough to absorb it. The businesses and households that would gain the most are the last ones served, if they are served at all. We started Arndly to work the other end of that market on purpose.

/02 — Mission & Vision

Our mission: take down the price of admission.

Two things keep AI out of reach of a small operator, and neither is the technology. The first is cost — pricing built around seat minimums and annual commitments that assume a budget line most small businesses do not have. The second is onboarding — the weeks of configuration, integration, and tuning before anything useful happens. We work on both, deliberately, as the product problem rather than a discount to be offered later.

"AI should be a daily element for a SOHO, a small business, an individual — not a line item only enterprises can carry."

Our vision: AI as an ordinary part of the day.

Not a project, not a transformation initiative, not something you set aside a quarter for. A shop owner answering customers while she restocks. A man in his eighties with someone to talk to at four in the afternoon. A ten-year-old with a question and no adult free to hear it. When AI reaches those moments as a matter of course, the work is done.

/03 — Team
The team, briefly

Operators before we were builders.

The Arndly team is a collective of repeat founders who have spent our careers in the trenches of e-commerce, digital marketing, and payment systems. That work put us next to a lot of small businesses, and it taught us where the real constraint sits — not in what the software can do, but in what an owner can afford to spend, in money and in attention, before it starts paying off.

So that is the problem we took. We build conversational AI that a person can turn on and use the same day, at a price that does not require a case to be made to anyone.

/04 — How we work

Three operating principles.

01

Direct over decorative.

We say what something is, what it does, and what it costs. No copy whose only job is to delay the truth.

02

Useful before novel.

If a feature does not change a customer's day, it does not ship. Newness is not the point — usefulness is.

03

Nothing between you and it.

Every step we ask of someone before they get value is a step where we lose them. No sales call to see it work, no onboarding project, no manual. If it needs explaining, we have not finished it.

/05 — Common questions
Q.01

Why build for the smallest end of the market?

Because it is where the difference is largest and the competition is thinnest. A large company adding AI gets a percentage point of efficiency. A one-person shop getting the same capability gets a second pair of hands it could never have hired. Everyone builds for the first customer. We would rather serve the second.

Q.02

Why this problem?

The team has spent years working across e-commerce, payments, and digital marketing, sitting close to businesses of every size. We kept watching the same thing: capability arrives at the top of the market and takes years to trickle down, if it ever does. The gap is not technical — it is who the pricing and the onboarding were designed for. We built Arndly because that gap was not going to close on its own.

Q.03

Are you hiring?

We are a small team and we hire deliberately. If you have a serious applied-AI or product background and want to talk, write to us.

Q.04

Do you take outside investment?

We are building independently and funding the work ourselves while Arndly Live grows. We are open to the right partner, but we are not waiting on one.

Q.05

How do I try Arndly Live?

Go to live.arndly.com. It is available now, and you can see it work without talking to anyone first.

Q.06

When will Arndly Silver and Arndly Kids be available?

Both are in development and we are not putting a date on either one yet. They run on the same stack as Arndly Live, pointed at different people and different conversations. If one of them is the reason you are here, write to us and we will keep you posted.
